Our church was first established in 1697 as a Baptist chapel and has undergone many changes over the years. It became a Spiritualist Church in the early 1930's. Over the last four years great advances have been made - repair work, new windows, new rostrum, chairs and carpets. A new kitchen, memorial wall and lynch gate.
We are proud to have been able to raise money for local charities as well as international disaster appeals.
We see ourselves as one big happy family and welcome everyone to our church whatever religion they are.
